1. About Senikita
Senikita is an online marketplace that connects Malaysian artists, galleries, and non-profit organisations ("Artists") with buyers ("Buyers") who wish to discover and purchase original artworks. Senikita acts as a platform facilitating these transactions and is not the seller of any artwork listed.
2. Accounts
You must create an account to list artworks, make purchases, or access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Artist Listings & Plans
Artists may list original artworks for sale and set their own prices. Each artist account is subject to the artwork limits, commission rates, and withdrawal periods of their selected membership plan. All new listings are reviewed by our team before they appear on the marketplace, and we may reject listings that do not meet our quality or content standards.
4. Purchases & Payments
Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping fees. Senikita deducts a commission from each sale according to the artist's plan before remitting proceeds to the artist.
5. Shipping & Returns
Artists are responsible for packaging and shipping sold artworks in a timely manner. Buyers should review each artwork listing for shipping details. Disputes regarding condition, delivery, or authenticity should be raised with Senikita support.
6. Prohibited Content
Users may not list or upload artwork that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, is unlawful, or violates our content guidelines. Senikita reserves the right to remove listings and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Senikita after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
